We accept only visa and mastercard.
Are
there any delivery charges or tax?
All orders are subject to a tax of 4.712%. All orders will incur a delivery charge of $15. Sympathy orders will be charged $25 for delivery. (There is a $20 delivery charge for February 13th and February 14th.)
What
about substitutions?
Not all flowers
are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only
available regionally. When they are not available, the closest
substitute will be used. Also some plants are only available
during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case,
we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or
higher value. Some
containers may not be available during holidays, and in such
cases a similar container will be used. If you do not want
any part of your order substituted as needed, please mention
this when ordering.
What if the shipping delivery address is wrong?
Regarding orders shipped to you or as a gift: Please be certain that the shipping address included in your order is correct. Fedex charges $10 for any wrong or invalid delivery address; for any incorrect address provided in your order, the $10 fee will be billed to your credit card.

Can
you deliver my order today?
Yes! Just place you order by 2 pm (HST) for same day delivery.
After 2 pm (HST) your order will be delivered the following
day. All deliveries will be completed between 8am and 4pm, Monday-Saturday.
How
do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order,
please call us at 808-832-9360 as soon as possible.
Have your Netticket number available for us to facilitate your request quickly.
What
about orders going outside of the US?
To place an order for delivery outside of the US, please call us at least
24 hours before your requested delivery date. There are special conditions and
pricing that applies to international orders.
Is
the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Each
bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will be identical.
The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and
container will be the same or similar (see "What about
substitutions?" above). The photos are provided as a
guide for you and the designer of your arrangement.
Are prices online the same as in your shop?
Pricing may vary in-store. Prices shown online are valid for online orders only. These prices do not reflect pricing at our Watanabe Floral Waimea location.
